Arriving in Saint Louis in 1997, Alastair Nisbet, owner of The Arms was brought up with fantastic local ingredients. Being from Aberdeen, home of Angus beef and living along the banks of the River Dee which we claim has the best salmon in the world (of course we do!!) , the abundant supplies of pheasant, grouse, venison and fresh fish from the North Sea was wonderful so the goal was clear when opening The Scottish Arms in 2005.

Our seasonal product driven menu focuses on the purity and natural local ingredients available. Chef Carl Hazel and his culinary team work very hard to source the freshest ingredients possible.
